Returns and Refund Policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Some items such as customized gear, opened software, and consumables (e.g., batteries) are non-returnable.

How to Return:

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund as applicable.
